Yes. I set goals and for every goal I reach I reward myself. I buy a new sports bra or whatever to give it a positive feeling and I track what I do -this way you can actually see how lazy you are AND I use motivational pictures everywhere - backround picture on my phone, laptop, my instagram is filled with fitspo - it always pushes!!

In terms of weight loss: how bad is drinking alcohol for the process?

One night of heavy drinking makes a whole week of fitness almost worthless. You decide if its worth it or not!

This beyond beautiful lady is one of my closet friends and Gym Partner - she did something that no one else in Austria has ever Managed to do - yes not even Arnold Schwarzenegger - She took the silver at the Mr. Olympia Amateur Yesterday!!!   I AM SO PROUD OF HER. This goes to show that hard work pays off. 
See most people in Klagenfurt talk shit all day, they hate, they hurt and they make fun - the messages she gets are disgusting but this is by far the biggest middle finger she could have given back. 
This girl is amazing -always helping me on my journey, always in for a good laugh and always hard at work -remember her name  - she will be doing big things, great things!

JUMP ROPING is an absolute AWSOME thing.
Jumping rope is a great calorie-burner. You&#8217;d have to run an eight-minute mile to work off more calories than you&#8217;d burn jumping rope&#160;!!
Great for the heart, strengthens upper and lower body and strengthens the core. It&#8217;s an overall wonder. 
Best thing about it? 30 min. a day is enough .. no excuses - 15 min in the morning 15 min. at night. Start from there and add time as you get better!
Here&#8217;s how to do it right!
Adjust the rope by holding the handles and stepping on the rope.
Shorten the rope so the handles reach your armpits.
